Shipping Policy
At Khosen Kollective, every item is made just for you once your order is placed. This print-on-demand process helps reduce waste and overproduction while ensuring each piece is created with care.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Printful fulfills most orders within this timeframe, though fulfillment times are estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping Times
After your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are generally:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, and the shipping carrier. These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they contain different products or are fulfilled from different Printful production facilities. If this happens, you won’t be charged additional shipping beyond what was calculated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Khosen Kollective is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution in accordance with our fulfillment policies.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
