Return & Refund Policy
At Khosen Kollective, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Buyer remorse
- Accidental orders
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
